Domestic Diva!

I haven't been in the mood to cook/bake for months but today, that all changed in the past week. Today, I made warm winter lemon cake and chicken piccata The piccata sauce was a perfect combination of butter and lemon -- not too tart, just right. I also made couscous -- 2 cups chicken broth, 1 cup couscous, pine nuts, golden raisins and teaspoon of lemon. My husband had the perfect idea of mixing all the leftovers (chicken and sauce) with the leftover couscous. That will be an awesome treat tomorrow.

I'm off to prep breakfast for the morning.

That sounds SO nummy, I just might have to make it very, very soon! I ♥ chicken piccata. The couscous sounds divine as does the cake. Ugh! I'm supposed to be sleeping, not dreaming 'bout lemony goodness!
